Restorative Reset: Yin Yoga, Hot Stone Muscle Melt & Yoga Nidra
Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore both body and mind. This immersive experience begins with gentle restorative Yin yoga poses held for longer periods to encourage deep muscular release, improved mobility, and stillness. As you settle into each posture, warm therapeutic stones will be incorporated to soothe tight muscles, melt away stress, and promote grounding relaxation throughout the body. The comforting heat helps ease physical tension while inviting a deeper sense of surrender and ease. We will close with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation - often called “yogic sleep” - allowing you to enter a state of profound rest and inner calm. This practice supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, emotional balance, and deep rejuvenation.
