Join us for a deep dive into the chakra system wtih Rachel Hupp. Designed for teachers, with continuing education units available (Rachel is registered with YACEP), this weekend session will benefit the chakra curious newbies, and deepen the understanding for experienced teachers.
4 x 2 hour segments Saturday & Sunday $175 8 CEU's
- Saturday Morning: Chakras 101 + Root and Sacral; Embodied Practice
- Saturday Afternoon: Solar Plexus; Teacher Practice + Integration
- Sunday Morning: Heart & Throat; Embodied Practice
- Sunday Afternoon: Third Eye & Crown; Teacher Practice + Integration
Purpose:
To introduce yoga teachers to the chakra system in a clear, approachable way and show them how to begin incorporating chakra-based themes, cueing, and sequencing into their classes. This training provides foundational understanding and simple, practical tools teachers can apply right away, while laying the groundwork for deeper study if they choose.
