We have some important news coming your way starting December 1st!

We're thrilled to announce that we will now be offering ACH (bank account) payments for your membership! This new option makes things simpler, smoother, and helps us keep costs down.

As part of this update, starting December 1st, all credit / debit card transactions will include a standard 3% processing fee, which goes directly toward covering the credit card company charges we’ve been absorbing each month. This applies to memberships, products, & services.

You can avoid this fee particularly on your membership (after your first payment only if it is monthly recurring) by switching your membership payments to ACH. Stop by the front desk (or text or call) and we’ll be happy to help you set up ACH payments in just a few minutes, so you’re all set before December 1st.

You'll be able to add your bank info from your Vertica Fitness App - but still will need to let the admin know you want to use it for your membership. Only a staff member can set it as your default payment method.
