⏰ Event Timeline
8:00 AM — Weigh-Ins Begin
During weigh-ins we will also record your rack heights for both squat and bench
press to ensure everything is set up properly for
lifting.
8:15 AM — Warm-Ups Begin
Athletes can begin warming up and preparing for their lifts.
9:00 AM — Rules Briefing
We will go over the event format, lifting order, and any final
instructions before the competition begins.
9:15 AM — Powerlifting Begins
