Important Reminder: Cancellation Policy Enforcement Begins February 1st

Dear Organic Pilates Community,

As shared in December, our cancellation policy requires 12 hours’ notice for all class cancellations. Beginning February 1st, this policy is being applied consistently across all membership types.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Late Cancellations
(Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class)

• Class pass holders and drop-ins will lose one class from their package
• Members will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee

No-Shows
(Reserved class is not attended and not cancelled)

• Class pass holders and drop-ins will lose one class from their package
• Members will be charged a $20 no-show fee

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

This policy supports two important parts of our studio experience:

Our instructors prepare thoughtfully for each class and show up ready to teach. Last-minute changes directly impact their preparation and time.

Our classes frequently have waitlists. When cancellations happen too late — or not at all — other clients miss the opportunity to attend and use that reserved reformer.

As our studio continues to grow, consistency helps us maintain fairness and respect for everyone in our community.

GRACE PERIOD

We provided a one-month grace period following our December announcement. As of February 1st, this policy is now part of our standard studio operations.

HOW TO AVOID FEES

Reservations can be adjusted easily through your account or by contacting the studio at least 12 hours before class time.

We absolutely understand that life happens. The 12-hour window helps balance flexibility while protecting the experience for instructors and fellow clients.

Thank you for being part of Organic Pilates and for helping us maintain a respectful, supportive studio environment for everyone.

With gratitude,
Keri
