Join Miss J, whose family is from Trinidad, for an unforgettable 90-minute experience where you'll learn a fun, beginner-friendly pole routine set to an energetic Soca soundtrack while discovering the confidence, joy and celebration that Carnival is all about.

This is more than just a pole class - it's your chance to experience a taste of Caribbean Carnival culture while wining, “wukin' up” (moving your hips and waist to the rhythm), and dancing with and around the pole in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Whether you're brand new to pole or already have some experience, this event is all about celebrating movement, confidence and good vibes!
