All “Child” lessons, new and continuing, are restricted for booking by age. If you are getting an error message that states “Online booking of the 'lessons' appoitment is restricted. Contact the studio to book this service” then please follow these steps before contacting support:

1. Confirm that you are in the correct profile or booking for the right person. On the app, you must be logged into the student's profile for booking.
2. If you are in the right profile, check their birthdate. If it is blank or makes the student 18 or older, the system will not allow you to book a Child lesson. Note: if you update the birthday, you may need to give the system 5 minutes to process it on the back end before attempting to book the lesson.
3. Ensure the waiver of the student you are booking for is signed, and all required profile fields are completed.
4. If you have a Child Package on a parent profile, you will need to email, call, or text our Support team to have them transfer the package to the student.
