Partner Yoga Sign up with a Friend Sat. Feb. 14th 1pm
This 90-minute class is designed to deepen your experience of your yoga postures and connection with others. Partner yoga naturally encourages communication, patience, trust, and balance. This work involves synchronizing your breath and mirroring postures, as well as practicing opposite postures (i.e., one person is in a forward bend while another is in a backbend). Practicing yoga with a partner invites a unique intensity that has a restorative feel, including deeper stretching, more stability, and support. Enjoy this class with a "Favorite Fellow Yogi” – partner, spouse, or friend. Some basic yoga experience and familiarity with the most common asanas is recommended.
