NWISL Teams Only - NG4’s Small-Sided Development League
Begins February 20-21

NG4’s is bringing fast-paced, high-energy small-sided soccer exclusively to NWISL U8, U10, U12, and U14 teams! This development-focused league is designed to maximize touches, creativity, and decision-making through a progressive four-week themed structure. Each week introduces a new technical or tactical challenge players must complete before they can score, helping build smarter, more confident decision-makers on the field.

Weekly Development Themes (4-Week Progression)

Week 1 - Pass to Play

Teams must complete a minimum of 3 passes before scoring.
Focus: Support play, movement off the ball, quick combinations.

Week 2 - Left Foot Finishing

Only left - foot goals count.
Focus: Weak-foot confidence, receiving on both sides, balanced development.

Week 3 - Skill Move Requirement

A team must use at least one successful 1v1 move (scissors, L-turn, V-pull, Matthews, etc.) before scoring.
Focus: Confidence, creativity, beating defenders on the dribble.

Week 4 - All Players Must Touch the Ball Before Scoring

Every player on the team must record one touch before a goal can count.
Focus: Team involvement, spacing, support angles.

League Start Dates (NWISL Only)

• U8 - Begins Friday, February 20th

• U10, U12 & U14 - Begin Saturday, February 21st

Game Days

• U8 – Friday evenings

• U10 – Saturday mornings

• U12 – Saturday mid-day / early afternoon

• U14 – Saturday early evening up to 9pm

Format & Structure

• 4-week league

• 8 teams per age group

• Max roster size: 9 players

• U8 games include halftime

Fees

• $449 per team

• $100 due at registration (non-refundable, applied to team fee)

• Remaining balance due one week before kickoff

• Teams with unpaid balances cannot be placed on the schedule
