On Sunday March 8th, we have a special pop up event of Sound Bowls, Yoga with Lucy and everyone who attends will get a special goodie bag. The event is free to attend and there will be time afterwards to have some herbal tea, and chat with the other amazing women of the studio. The event is capped at 14 people.
