June Studio Focus: Planks
This month, we’re giving a little extra attention to planks in class.
Throughout June, instructors may spend a few extra moments cueing plank setup, alignment, modifications, and breath so you can feel stronger, more supported, and more connected in the movement.
Expect helpful reminders around wrists, shoulders, core engagement, hips, and form.
Small classes, hands-on cues, and stronger planks all month long.
