“BYOB” Fitness / STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS + STROLLER FITNESS
WHAT IS IT?
This program is designed for postpartum parents who are ready to return to exercise safely and confidently. This program focuses on rebuilding strength, improving core and pelvic floor function, and progressing you toward more advanced classes at a pace that feels right for your body – all with baby in tow.
Strength Foundations (Tuesdays 10:45am + 12pm)
This weekly in-gym class focuses on rebuilding
strength from the ground up. You’ll work on core stability,
posture, and functional strength through controlled, intentional
movements. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with your body and
progress safely in a structured environment.
These classes will take place at the
gym.
Stroller Fit (Thursdays 10:45am + 12pm)
This weekly outdoor class takes place at a
predetermined location within the community. Expect a fun,
energizing mix of strength and cardio using your stroller, with
options to modify intensity. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air,
get moving, and connect with other moms.
These classes will take place at a predetermined
outdoor location in the community.
