Family Yoga offers a joyful, welcoming space where adults and kids move side by side, exploring playful poses, imagination, and simple moments of mindfulness designed especially for young bodies and curious minds.
This class supports bonding, cooperation, and shared joy—without pressure or perfection. Designed for children ages 2–10 with an adult caregiver, no prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to participate and be present together.
