In this workshop, we explore the Five Prana Vayus through the lens
of Ayurveda and classical yoga. Learn how each vayu governs
physical, emotional, and energetic functions, and how to work with
them through asana, breath, and awareness.
In this session includes:
· Clear explanation of each Prana Vayu
· Ayurvedic perspective on balance & imbalance
· 45-minute guided yoga practice to experience the vayus
· Practical tools you can apply in daily life or teaching
