Dive into Natasha Wang’s signature style, packed with yoga-inspired shapes, grip variations, threading, and twisty shapes and combos. This workshop will challenge you to explore movement in new ways and get playfully “tied up” in the process. We’ll work on both spin and static poles to keep things dynamic.

About Natasha Wang
Natasha Wang is an international pole teacher, performer, and competition judge, known for inspiring dancers to move with strength, creativity, and joy. She discovered pole at 30 and quickly rose to become one of the icons of the pole world. Natasha is the founder of Poletica Movement, an on-demand platform that empowers pole dancers to unlock their potential through movement they love. Her live and virtual classes seamlessly blend pole, yoga, fitness, and creative movement—helping students reach their goals while having fun every step of the way.
As a competitive pole athlete, Natasha’s accolades are extensive: IPC Pole Art Champion (2018), IPC Ultimate Champion (2013), Pole Art Runner-Up (2012), US Pole Dance Champion (2011), USPDF West Coast Champion (2010), California Pole Dance Champion (2010), and East Meets West Miss Pole-AM (2010). In 2015, she was named “Instructor of the Year” by the International Pole Dance Fitness Association.
Natasha’s artistry has reached global audiences. She has appeared on “The View” (ABC), “Good Day L.A.” (FOX), “Amazing Dance” (Hunan TV), and “Day Day Up” (Hunan TV, China’s #1 TV show, 300M+ viewers). She has toured China as a solo artist, including a 30-show residency at China Rouge in the Galaxy Macau Hotel & Casino, and in 2011 performed in Doug Aitken’s art-theater project “Black Mirror” alongside Chloe Sevigny, which premiered in Athens and Hydra, Greece.
