Balance isn't about standing perfectly still - it's about finding steadiness through movement, change and the occasional wobble.


This Saturday, join Laura for our Essence of Balance Yoga Workshop, a beautiful 90-minute experience designed to help you better understand your body, build confidence in balance poses, and discover why balance is so much more than standing on one leg.


Together, we'll explore:
The role of core strength and stability
Foot strength and grounding - your foundation
Hip and ankle stability
The importance of gaze and focal point (drishti)
How breath influences steadiness
The connection between balance and the nervous system
Why balance can change with stress, fatigue, injury, hormones, confidence and different seasons of life


We'll also explore one of yoga's most common questions:

Rather than striving for perfection, you'll discover how every wobble is an opportunity to build awareness, resilience and confidence.
