Cancer sun season always occurs at the start of the summer solstice, when the sun is at its highest position in the sky, bringing us longer days and shorter nights, from June 21 to July 22. The crab is the symbol of Cancer, and crabs often molt, shedding their old shell to move on to the next stage of life. Cancer is the only sign ruled by the moon, reminding us to turn inward, listen to our emotions, and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.
