Candlelit Sunday Night Yin is back every Sunday at 6pm

Starting in March, our Sunday night Candlelit Yin class is back to every Sunday at 6pm.

Yin Yoga is based on the Taoist concept on yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. Yin Yoga is a passive practice that focuses on the tissues closest to the core, holding poses 3-5 minutes. The longer hold is designed to strengthen, lengthen and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia and other connective tissues. Learn how to quiet your mind and open the deep tissues of your body with this meditative yoga practice.

Yin is the perfect compliment to your more active (yang) yoga practice or gym workout.
