What is Somatic Healing? Listening to the Wisdom of the Body
What if your body is holding experiences that your mind hasn’t fully processed? In this 60-minute experiential workshop, we’ll explore how stress, emotions and survival responses live in the body -and how awareness, movement and presence can support healing and regulation. Through mindful movement, breathing techniques, and body awareness, you begin to understand your body’s signals and reconnect to its innate wisdom.
This workshop also offers a glimpse into what one-on-one somatic healing sessions can feel like, helping you to determine whether deeper, individualized support may be a meaningful next step.
