Lingering in that space between floorwork and low flow, this class will embrace a cozy, slow and sensual vibe inviting students to explore themselves, the floor and movement around the base of the pole. The sequence will include a slow unveiling from whatever layers one brings, down to whatever awaits underneath. All outfits are accepted. Cozy layers, socks and kneepads encouraged. Heels welcome.
