Join her for this event focusing on Loving Kindness. We will hold space together as we practice mindfulness and reflect through mark making and journaling, meditation and creative expression. Our guided imagery and making will be focused on living from our heart's center through loving kindness. We will create mandalas. Basic materials will be provided. You're welcome to bring your journal or fav supplies to use.
