We’re excited to officially introduce our Athletic Development Camp — an 8-week performance program designed specifically for high school athletes who are serious about their sport.
This is not random workouts.
This is structured, progressive performance training.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Who: High school athletes (ages 14–18) actively pursuing a
sport
• When: June 8 – July 31
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11am - 12pm
• Length: 8 weeks
• Cap: 8 athletes (intentionally small for coaching quality)
• Focus: Strength, speed, power, movement quality, and injury
resilience
• Process: Schedule a call with Coach David → Intake form →
