Wellness in the Woods is a nature-based community wellness event designed to connect individuals and families with holistic practices that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Set within the serene environment of Irons Oaks, this event invites participants to explore movement, mindfulness, and outdoor experiences that foster connection to self, community, and nature.

This is an open-house style event. Guests are invited to arrive anytime after 11:00AM and depart by 4:00PM. Activities will run continuously or on a rotating schedule to promote ease and accessibility.

Price is per person, ages 3+. Under age 3 is free.
