STUDIO UPDATES — Effective August 1st

As Adage continues to grow I want to make sure we have clear, fair systems in place for everyone in our community. Starting August 1st the following policies and updates will be in effect.

Late Cancellation
Late cancellations made within 12 hours of class will be handled as follows:

• Pass holders and class pack holders — the class credit will be forfeited
• 4 and 8 class membership holders — the class credit will be forfeited
• Unlimited membership holders — a $10 late cancellation fee will be charged

No Shows
A $15 no show fee will be charged across all membership and pass types for missed classes without cancellation.

Class Pack Expirations
Our 10 class pack expiration will move from 90 days to 40 days for all purchases made on or after August 1st. Any packs purchased before August 1st remain valid for the full 90 days from their original purchase date. If your pack is approaching expiration and you have had difficulty securing a spot due to waitlists, please reach out directly — I am happy to work with you on an extension.

Soft Opening Offers — Last Chance
A reminder that our soft opening unlimited membership rate of $200/month will move to the standard rate of $240/month on August 1st. If you have been thinking about locking in the founding rate this is your last opportunity. Once August 1st arrives this offer closes permanently.

A Note on Our Waitlists
I am genuinely so grateful that classes are filling and waitlists are growing. It means every spot truly matters. When someone cancels late or doesn't show, a person waiting for that spot loses their chance. These policies exist to honor that and to keep all of us accountable to the practice we are building together.
