This 8-week small group wrestling program is designed to help High School athletes build strength, conditioning, and confidence during the off-season. Each 60-minute session will begin with 35–45 minutes of structured strength training focused on major muscle groups and functional movements that support wrestling performance, followed by a short AMRAP workout to improve endurance.
Classes will finish with a brief cardio-focused conditioning segment to enhance stamina and overall athletic performance. Sessions will be held at 2 p.m. during summer break, allowing athletes to train consistently without interfering with off-season wrestling practices.
