Join Jax for a class where you will explore playing on the edges of the heels. Class will focus on proper muscle engagement, use of momentum, weight transfers and points of contact with edgework. Focus on building out a sequence with heavy emphasis on developing personal style, fluidity and comfort in movement. Layers, heels 7 inches or above and minimum 6 month heel work recommended.
