During this 4-week Performance Series workshop, you'll unleash that sultry popstar energy and command both the studio and the stage. Participants will work on some sexy chair choreography and put together a steamy piece that'll make everyone want to loosen up their buttons. Please bring clean sneakers and knee pads.

About Lauren:
Lauren has had an exciting career in Arts & Entertainment spanning over a decade as a performer, choreographer, teacher and movement coach. She has appeared in productions for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and Fox, and has shared the stage with some of music's biggest artists like Usher, Feist, Estelle and more. As a former cabaret dancer, Lauren knows how to bring the heat, but also insists on injecting a little humour into all of her classes. She believes in movement inclusion for all and is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where everyone can be celebrated.
