Yoga in the pool is an amazing place to experience the many benefits of yoga. The feeling of weightlessness in the water takes the stress out of challenged joints and stabilizes them to free muscular tightness or discomfort.

The Benefits of AquaYoga

  • Little to no impact on joints, especially knees, hips, and ankles
  • Improves balance issues, and body awareness improves
  • Weightlessness in the water allows for joint access, muscle lengthening, and toning
  • Strengthens pelvic floor and deep core muscles
  • Releases tension and stress
  • Improved sleep

Stephanie will lead class on Tuesdays
