Beginning May 3rd: Strength + Balance with Erin - Every Sunday at 8:30am
We are excited to welcome Erin Timoney back to
the studio starting Sunday, May 3rd!
She will be offering a new & exciting yoga
class to our weekly schedule:
STRENGTH + BALANCE
Sundays at 8:30-9:30am
A steady, supportive practice to build strength,
improve balance, and move with confidence.
This class is designed to help you feel more stable
and strong in your body through intentional, mindful movement.
You’ll explore a mix of asanas (poses) that gently challenge
strength, coordination, and balance, while still honoring your
individual pace.
We will be incorporating props such as resistence
bands, light weights, or even a towel to support strengthening
asanas (poses). You’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like,
along with any familiar props like blocks or straps.
Pre-registration is open now. This class is limited
to 10 students due to availability of resistance bands &
weights so be sure to book in advance.
