This 5-week kettlebell workshop is all about building real skill and strength with the bells—no fluff, no nonsense. Each session includes a kettlebell warmup, a focused skill block, a strength portion to push some weight, and a conditioning finisher to tie it all together (and wreck you a little).

Clean & Jerks, and Windmills
