There are lots of changes this month! Thank you for being flexible and gracious. March has many of our staff teachers traveling and unable to lead their usual classes, which is what you see on the printable weekly schedule. The mobile app does not indicate when the teacher is a substitute (this software update will be coming soon!) We are grateful to have teachers willing to cover for each other during these busy times so that we don't have to cancel your classes. This is a great time to meet someone new and explore your practice through a difference perspective. Thank you for your presence!

Are you ready to deepen your understanding of yoga? Do you feel called to guide others with this practice? gruvnYOGA offers our very own 200HR YTT (Yoga Teacher Training), led by Alison Gurevich. Alison is also joined by some of your other favorite gruvnYOGA teachers, to provide content expertise and knowledge. Students who complete the program will receive their certifcation from Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour RYT (Registereted Yoga Teacher). Our next session begins this August.
