Schedule Change Please Read!
We wanted to let you know about a few temporary changes to our weekend schedule while we host our upcoming Mat Pilates Teacher Training. This training is a very special part of our studio’s mission to raise the standard of Pilates education, and we’re so grateful for your understanding and support as we make space to welcome the next generation of incredible instructors. Here’s what’s changing: Saturdays: There will be no 9:15 AM Yin Yoga on Feb 13th, 28th & March 14th Sunday Feb 15th, March 1st & 15th 8:00 AM Mat Pilates → moved to 7:00 AM 9:15 AM Gentle Yoga & Meditation → moved to 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Yin Yoga → moved to 5:30 PM We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your flexibility during this time. Sunrise Beach Yin Yoga & Meditation 8th March
As the final celebration of The Ritual 28 Day Challenge, you’re invited to gather for a deeply grounding and radiant start to the day and the season ahead. Join Paul for a Sunrise Beach Yin Yoga & Meditation, a gentle and soulful practice crafted as a ceremonial close to your ritual journey. Together we’ll greet the morning light, allow stillness to wash over us, and honour the growth, clarity, and intentions you’ve cultivated over the past weeks. We’ll begin with a slow, soothing yin yoga class, tuned to awaken the body without rush encouraging softness in the connective tissues, a calm nervous system, and an open heart. As the sky lightens and the sun begins its rise (sunrise is approximately 5:45 am on this date) in our shared space, we’ll settle into a guided meditation, anchoring you in presence, gratitude, and openness to what is to come. This event is an invitation to slow right down to breathe, to feel, to celebrate and to integrate into the next chapter of your year with calm confidence and joy.
