This focused session integrates hands, wrists, shoulders, and core to create a more connected, supported practice from the ground up. You’ll explore smart mobility work, stability drills, and progressive strength patterns designed to improve load tolerance in the wrists and shoulders while awakening deep core support. The goal isn’t performance — it’s intelligent preparation that helps everything feel more accessible and steady. Expect a grounded, educational experience with optional moments of playful exploration for those who are curious. You’ll leave feeling more supported through your upper body, more connected through your center, and more confident wherever your practice takes you.

Rooted in Sun Salutations, Power Flow builds functional strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance while supporting joint stability and posture. The steady rhythm of breath and movement helps regulate the nervous system, build internal awareness, and cultivate mental clarity. You’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and more connected to your body. This class moves at a quicker pace and is best suited for students with prior yoga experience. Warrior Flow: Strength Meets Stillness is Back Mondays at 6pm
Rooted in ancient practices once used by warriors to prepare for battle, Warrior Flow blends functional strength, mindful movement, and recovery to help you cultivate inner and outer resilience. Through expert movement coaching with an emphasis on flow state, you’ll explore breathwork, mobility, core connection, and yoga postures—integrated with conditioning sequences using a light DOWEL, 5lb CLUBBELL OR STEEL MACE(provided). These tools offer a modern approach to an ancient discipline, helping you move with precision, strength, and grace. Each class consists of a mobility drill, sun salutations, conditioning HIIT rounds, a loaded + unloaded flow, and cool down.
