You’ll move, breathe, and then choose your own personalized wellness session with one of our incredible practitioners.

Grounding Yoga Flow & Breathwork
Start your morning with mindful movement and breath to release tension and invite calm.
Guided Meditation & Reflection
Slow down, soften, and let go — supported by aromatherapy, sound, and guided intention.
Nourishing Lunch & Wellness Snacks
Enjoy a fresh, wholesome lunch and refreshments in our tranquil space.

Closing Circle & Gratitude Practice
