Hello Beautiful People! For easy access here are some reminders for the studio policy. Any questions, please feel free to reach out. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We ask for 3 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. No-shows will result in the loss of a class credit, or a $10 fee if no credit is available Class Cancellations: Class may be cancelled if less than 2 participants are signed up. This will happen within the 3 hour mark of class time. If you still see a class on the schedule after the 3 hour mark and you can join class, please send a message through the app and one of us can likely sign you in. Studio 9 Reservations: Each person must book and check in individually when using the studio — even if you're dancing with a friend. If you are a student using studio 9 and actually giving instruction for an hour, this requires a studio rental fee. Please reach out to management. Weather Safety: If Hudson schools or community programs close due to weather, classes will be canceled automatically so we all stay safe + supported. A late start will cancel only morning classes, while cancellation of after-school activities will cancel evening classes. Carousel Pricing & Membership Updates As Carousel continues to grow, we’re making a few updates to help keep our studio strong, sustainable, and a place our community can continue to call home. Our updated pricing is now in effect as of September 1st. Current members will remain at their existing membership pricing through September, with new membership pricing taking effect October 1st. More Flexibility, More Choice We’re also separating class memberships from Studio 9 access, allowing you to choose what works best for the way you use Carousel. Choose a class membership, Studio 9 subscription, or combine the two to create the option that fits you best. New Membership Benefit! Beginning September 1st, unused class membership credits will roll over month-to-month for the lifetime of your membership, as long as you remain at the same membership tier or higher. Rollover credits can accumulate up to the number of classes included in your membership. We know pricing changes are never exciting, and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support. These updates allow us to continue investing in our instructors, maintaining our equipment and studios, and creating a welcoming home base for our Carousel community. Current Members: Depending on your membership start day, the pricing will update on your billing cycle in October. 💗
