Welcome KATE, our newest instructor! She is teaching an intro level Lyra class in Studio 9 at 5:30 on Thursdays. Open to all ages and skill levels. Book now under Aerial, Silks and Hammock Classes.

This class combines the best of pole dance and aerial silks. Split silks are attached to the top of the pole and you will learn the essential locks and grips to be able to fly, spin and invert with the assistance of the fabric! It's really beautiful to watch and thrilling to participate in. We are the only studio in the area to offer this unique class! Saturdays and Tuesday evenings!!!
