The Parisi Speed School at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre has some super exciting camps coming up this summer! Here is what to expect this summer: Parisi Speed School Soccer Camp - June 23rd, 24th, and 25th at 1:00 pm Parisi Speed School Football Camp - July 7th, 8th, and 9th at 1:00 pm Parisi Speed School Baseball/Softball Camp - July 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at 1:00 pm Parisi Speed School All-Sports Camp - July 28th, 29th, and 30th at 1:00 pm All of our camps will include combine-style testing on the final day, specific to your sport! More information regarding how to sign up and get ready will be sent out soon, so keep an eye on your email!

We are excited to announce the arrival of our new Dashr timing system at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre! Parisi Speed School has partnered with Dashr to bring the most accurate and athlete-friendly timing device to all Parisi athletes. Our Dashr device includes the following capabilities: Laser timing for dash and agility events Distance measurements for broad jump events Vertical height measurements for standing and approach vertical events Records result history for each event Video of the event performed to attach to the event While we will primarily be using these in our evaluation classes, we will be using them in normal classes from time to time. We highly suggest downloading the free DashrPlayerProfile app and creating an account! All current Parisi athletes will be given a code to connect to our roster, so we can begin using the device and connect results to an athlete's account!

We are excited to announce the launch of dedicated Parisi Performance Evaluation classes at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre! These new classes are designed to track the improvements from the start of an athlete's journey with us here at Parisi. We will be using the Dashr system to ensure accurate and consistent measurements when testing!
