I love Thrive because I love to cross train. Outside of the gym I enjoy biking, kayaking, cross country skiing, hiking, and my new favorite hobby is farming. In addition to teaching fitness classes I also teach music in a private studio setting and at the college level.

Hi I'm Gwyneth! I have been dancing since the age of 2! Taking care of my body has always been a passion of mine. While doing college dance at South Dakota State University, I got into strength training and have been hooked ever since! I recently moved back from Los Angeles where I got certified to teach yoga. I am also working on an MBA from University of South Dakota! If you see me around, ask me about our coffee bar called Hideout where we serve Stone Bru coffee and smoothies! I love creating new drinks and talking about how to fuel your body! Looking forward to seeing everyone at Thrive!

Hi, I’m Kate and I am so excited to be apart of the Thrive Fitness community. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Health and Human Physiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Iowa. I have practiced in outpatient orthopedics, womens’/pelvic health, and acute care settings. I also completed my fitness teacher certification through Evlo Fitness with Dr. Shannon Ritchey for pilates, yoga, barre, strength training, and HIIT group fitness.
Exercise has been a passion of mine since I started running cross country and track in middle school. Over the years I have ran many road races, half marathons, and even one marathon. In college I started to fall in love with strength training and yoga. It is quite amazing all the different ways we can celebrate what our bodies are capable of through different forms of exercise.
My mantra is “we rise by lifting others” and I intend to impact as many people as I can by helping them find exercise that fits their body instead of just forcing or fitting an exercise to their body. This encourages accessibility to exercise and is more sustainable long-term. I strive to create an environment here at Thrive that makes people feel welcomed, valued, and supported in their fitness journey.
As an administrator at the Center for Neurosciences, Orthopedics and Spine (CNOS), movement health is extremely important to me – and safe fitness made up of powerful health enhancing strength and cardio is an important tool I am proud to be part of.
Suzi loves to teach and believes in the potential of all bodies and minds. Music drives her spin classes while her favorite motivational tool is encouragement to set and achieve personal goals.
