Great yoga background, information. Verity of positions, good mixture of laying, sitting and standing.

Wonderful & moving evening! My first time attending a formal drumming circle, what a fun night! Everyone was so welcoming & Wesley was so attentive to everyone. I’ll be back for sure!

I have never had an experience quite like this. I have taked Nidra yoga before and have also experienced guided meditations - however, this was on a different level. I laughed to myself a few times durijng the session as she would say "feel the sensation of heat", for example...and I literally felt my body warming up. A few times I would feel the sensation right before she said it. I am still trying to figure out how that happened. This was incredible, and I wish I could do this type of yoga and meditation several times per week. Loved it and highly recommend!

Julie teaches a beautiful class. You will leave feeling strong and empowered but also calm and at peace!

The class was warm and inviting. I enjoyed the prompts and final mediation. I also loved the presence of some feline friends.

I went to a yoga class this morning and immediately upon walking in the door was hit by the smell of some kind of artificial air freshener.  I have a severe sensitivity to chemicals and the smell of that air freshener made my throat sore and made me cough throughout the class.  Even with the studio door closed I could smell the smell.  I would ask that you be extremely conscious that you are offering wellness and using chemical laden air fresheners that are negatively affecting people's wellness.  I wasn't the only one complaining about the smell.  When I mentioned it to the yoga teacher she said she was experiencing the same symptoms and was curious about why her throat felt the way it did.

The upstairs studio is spacious with lots of natural light during the day. My specific favorite class is Elisabeth's "Yoga Basics" on Saturday mornings - a gentle, even-paced, and rejuvenating practice. Her mindful choice of words and experience - guiding all levels of yogis - has been a wonderful, consistent transition from our work week into the weekend for many years.
