emPOWER kids

The classes and spring break camp were just what my 6.5 year old daughter needed. Great coaches, fun activities, time with friends. We have been so happy with our experience!

The coaches for the Pre-K class are great and my 2 year old has a lot of fun running around and playing on the equipment, however there is too much of an age difference between 2 and 6 to have them all in the same class. The structured is not really geared towards a 2 year old

EmPower kids is quite a lot of fun for my 5-year old daughter.  She is in a safe environment with the ability to play, explore, and learn new movements.  The classes are a great time and the 45 minutes flies by.  My daughter has enjoyed every minute, so glad we found it.

EmPower kids was exactly what my 3 year old needed! Space to move, structured activities to engage and excite him, and kind instructors to encourage him but never push him to do anything he wasn’t sure of.  He felt a little shy and they told him multiple times that it’s okay and he didn’t need to do anything he wasn’t comfortable with. He came back around and as he was more confident they reminded him of how brave he was and he smiled ear to ear (under his mask of course!). His only complaint was that it was over. We will be back next week!

Also- great covid procedures- we felt comfortable with everyone in masks, the multiple sanitizing breaks, doors open with air circulation, and spacing between the kids.
