I booked this class during a visit to Charlotte. Totally worth it. Barb is an excellent instructor. Everything flowed so well. I’m still a newbie to Barre but this class works with your fitness level. I didn’t feel like I was lagging. I especially loved the variety exercises and the cool down process. Very calming. Whenever I’m in Charlotte I will definitely book again with Carolina Barre!

I love a good barre class! I tried CBC this morning and I loved it! It was a strong class with a bit of a zen feel. Perfect!

I have a subscription with Class Pass and have heard great things about barre so decided to give it a shot to mix up my workouts a bit. The staff was very welcoming and made it a point to know my name and make me feel comfortable. The class itself was challenging and unlike any workout I’ve ever done before. I would 10/10 recommend this studio for anyone interested in trying out a barre class for the first time!

Back home, Boston, I was very much obsessed with my barre studio! I moved too far to keep going and then fell out of touch with fitness. Tonight I decided to try it out with CBC and get back to feeling like myself again. I’ve already booked my week with you guys! Great class and as out of shape I am right now, I felt suppppper comfortable being there.  Thanks Sallie!

I can’t say enough good things about Carolina Barre. It’s an awesome full body workout and such a positive environment. The staff is so friendly and make an effort to learn everyone’s names, even newcomers. Love love love!

I recently had a great experience at Carolina Barre and Core Charlotte. I am a beginner with regards to the Barre workout so I was a bit nervous as to what I was getting myself into. Thankfully I workout regularly so I was able to keep up with the various moves. The instructor was aware of participants and did a wonderful job assisting me when I couldn't quite understand the current pose. For anyone who is a bit shy and intimidated to dip your toes into the Barre scene, Carolina Barre and Core is your place to start. The setting was intimate and the staff was very welcoming.

This was my first “real” barre class and Barb made me feel very comfortable and welcome! Looking forward to attending more classes!
