Sarah was introduced to the physical, or asana, practice of yoga as a teenager to complement ballet studies. After lots of time away, she came to a Solstice practice at Studio 8 in 2016 and fell in love. She began a yoga journey as a way to heal from trauma, became an Ashtanga practitioner, and felt the psychological and emotional benefits of a regular yoga practice. Today Sarah is a full-time Mama to 2 lovely daughters, loves hiking, and is a power and vinyasa flow enthusiast. She completed the 200-hour Teacher Training at Studio 8 and loves to share the freedom and clarity yoga can provide in her classes.
