Will definitely be back for more! And excited to see this community in Lexington. I took the BE workshop with Sarah Belzile, it was a wonderful experience in the centered space (which is very warm and inviting-my first time). I came with my adventure partner, bringing my curious and open-heart/mind and we both had a great time! By the end of the workshop, I felt a deeper connection energetically to each and every person I got to interact with :)
Noelle is a certified personal trainer based in Lexington, KY. She does private one on one sessions as well as group classes and remote training. She received her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine; and she is currently pursuing a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coaching certification through NASM and her 200HR RYTT through Authentic Movements.
Noelle personally lost 125lb and it was this transformation that inspired her to branch out in pursuit of helping others in their fitness journey. Noelle’s background is in geriatrics, in which she specialized in memory care; and spent the majority of her career in end of life care, with Hospice. She worked as an SRNA in several assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, personal care and even worked for families directly for home-based care throughout Kentucky. The most transformative time for her during those years in geriatric care was in Hospice, which led her to becoming passionate about preventative care through movement and nutrition.
She later worked alongside a chiropractor and osteopathic doctor in leading a rehabilitative exercise program for those who suffered through trauma to the body, most often being car wrecks. She led ultrasound, cryo and thermotherapies.
With her clients, she focuses on building exciting, sustainable and progressive routines that will aid in long term health and wellness. It isn't about how much you can lift, or how much you weigh, but how happy you are in your own skin and in keeping promises to yourself. I believe the best investment you can make is in your health.
