My 1st class today and happy with the results. Jodie does a good job at centering your well being and keeping the peace of mind. She doesn’t push the envelope and keeps the positive energy flowing. Very attentive and friendly. Glad my friend and I have a nice establishment in the south end of town. Thanks Jodie and we look forward to more classes in 2021.
Kelly started her Yoga journey 15 years ago after being diagnosed with Lupus. Although her life seemed turned upside down, she found Yoga was a perfect fit for her. It’s both relaxing and energizing, and she is now able to manage her stress by calming her own system.
Kelly has worked as an Occupational Therapist for 30+ years, and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in treating people with various conditions such as orthopedic, neurologic, arthritis, heart disease, and chronic pain issues. As a Yoga instructor, she has training in a style called Viniyoga, which is a form of Yoga Therapy. It is designed to bring wholeness back into the body combining breath with movement
When not teaching yoga, Kelly loves the outdoors. She and her husband take daily walked, and she practices Yoga every day including some form of deep breathing and/or meditation.
