I’ve joined the Pilates class for the first time and enjoyed it a lot. Will be probably aching tomorrow but definitely will come back next week.
Ewa teaches Hatha Yoga classes, where you can work on your alignment, build strength, flexibility and learn breathing and relaxation techniques which helps to encourage people to become comfortable with yoga.
Her classes are open to students of all ages and conditions. With the aim that students leave not only having absorbed physical benefits but are also inspired with a greater mind body connection.
Ewa has been on her yoga journey for more than 15 years.
Beginning with Hatha, which led to a fascination in Iyengar and the past 8 years she has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as her main personal practice.
She has gained her yogic knowledge but studying in India extensively, undertaking intensive Iyengar courses with Ashtanga Teacher Training course as well as Acro Yoga and Partner Acrobatics.
