I just attended my first yin class with Calli and had a wonderful experience. I felt very held in the space and was able to completely let go. Her instructions were really clear and easily understandable, with lots of added options for modifications, making it accessible for all. Thank you Calli x

Ewa teaches Hatha Yoga classes, where you can work on your alignment, build strength, flexibility and learn breathing and relaxation techniques which helps to encourage people to become comfortable with yoga.
 
Her classes aim to leave students having absorbed physical benefits, feeling inspired with a greater mind body connection.
 
Ewa has been on her yoga journey for more than 15 years.
 
Beginning with Hatha, which led to a fascination in Iyengar and the past 8 years she has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as her main personal practice.
 
She has gained her yogic knowledge studying in India extensively, undertaking intensive Iyengar courses with Ashtanga Teacher Training course as well as Acro Yoga and Partner Acrobatics.
