My name is Kelly Havorka and I am thrilled to say I am a recent graduate of 200 hour yoga teacher training.  Working as a registered nurse for 37 years in geriatric psychiatry, it is my belief that teaching yoga is a beautiful segue into a healthy retirement for me.Next to yoga, I am passionate about martial arts, and currently hold two 2nd degree black belts.  I look forward to practicing with you as I continue to expand my knowledge and skill.Namaste
