"It is my sincere desire to help others find their way. Coming up with a "title" for what I offer has been a bit challenging, so that it still to be discovered... However, over the past 30 years I have put together a large toolbox and what I offer is Spiritual guidance and support for anyone who is truly looking to locate and honor their Soul’s path and willing to put the work into creating a life full of joy and freedom. When someone comes to me for help, we work together to figure out what will work best for them. My personal path has led to me to study many of the religions and philosophies of the world. I have studying extensively with and am a volunteer and advance student of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s regarding his teachings in meditation, quantum physics, epigenetics and neuroscience. I have multiple certifications through Anand Mehrotra at Sattva Yoga Academy in India some of which include, 500+hr yoga teacher certifications in Himalayan Kundalini and the Yog-Vedantic tradition, Sattva Master Teacher, and Vedic Astrology (Jyotisha). I am certified in Spiritual Response Therapy, Multi-Dimensional Self Therapy, and am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in neuromuscular therapy, Ashiatsu oriental bar therapy, Reiki and energy work. A Spiritual life is not a “one and done” experience, it’s a way of awakening to Life that was happening before we arrived here, continues while we are here, and will carry on when we leave this reality. It’s important to have support along the way.
