OUR PHILOSOPHY
iGnite is an inspirational
community for women based on holistic health and fitness. We
empower and inspire women to reach their fullest potential and live
their best lives. Our program is built upon the principles of
holistic wellness and the experience and benefits of exercising
outdoors and in a group setting.  To fulfill our mission, we
offer not only fitness classes but also educational opportunities,
inspirational speaker series, workshops, service projects, social
events, wellness retreats, remote group trips and more.
iGnite is more than your average
fitness group, as our program has been purposely created to
inspire, instruct and inform women to live healthy, happy and
holistic lives. We aim to challenge bodies, minds and spirits while
chasing dreams, setting goals, and embracing the Austin, San Diego,
and Tulsa communities together. Throughout the iGnite program,
our members are encouraged to set and reach goals, step
outside of their comfort zones and celebrate their
accomplishments.
