KJ was great! Provided (cultural) context behind the movements, corrections, and a bit of comic relief, too. So great to be outside. Also, happy to see that folx in the park weren't bothered by us. A completely joyful experience. See you next week, Socaholics! :)
Jennifer’s introduction to dance began at a young age, training in various dance styles such as Jazz, Acro and Tap. Although her studies and career led her to become a Chartered Professional Accountant, she recently decided to make a change to explore movement as a Pilates instructor after working in a predominantly sedentary environment.
As an avid dancer, she takes time to give back by creatively coupling her financial expertise with her love for dance to help cultivate awareness about the dance community. By leveraging experience gained throughout her career she is able to help organizations such as City Dance Corps, UNITY, Gadfly, Toronto Urban Dance Symposium (TUDS), DTRC, Dancemakers, CDA, and TAPA further their cause and support our local talented dancers.
