body burner, upper body burner, or full body Friday! Just show up
and be prepared to “HAVE FUN!”

Fun Friday

The original Freight House Fitness location opened in
2014. We are located in the history Stockyards District of Kansas City
in a 100 year old building that was originally a mule barn during
the livestock exchange days. With its original structure still
intact we wanted designed the interior to play off of
its rustic appeal. We have brought
in up-cycled and reclaimed pieces found from
around Kansas City. Each piece adds to the buildings rustic
appearance helping to create an environment that feels inviting and
unique.
The layout of the gym itself has been designed to give
you a style of workout that
is efficient, fun and will burn a ton of fat!
