About the Class

This is a class for guys wanting to pack on muscle and/or strength and for the ladies that want to have a beautifully toned physique. Survival Strength is a more intense approach to lifting vs. our HIIT class; Focusing more on power and strength and less on cardiovascular training. This class teaches you training disciplines from powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional training and focuses on proper lifting form! The group setting provides extra motivation while lifting and has the safety of training with a Certified Personal Trainer.
